Please take this opportunity to lend support to our SIGCAS colleagues who are organizing a working on sustainability for ITICSE 2008!

Logan Muller, Alison Young and Sam Mann are putting together a working
group on Computer Education for Sustainability at ITiCSE this year in
Madrid.   Even if you are not sure whether or not you are going to attend ITiCSE this year, please register your interest in the Working Group on Sustainability as
it has a high component of Social Responsibility and Social Sustainability  and the role of Computing and ICTs in this.

Logan's interest is the impact that ICT and CS have on social and environmental engineering and he would love to have a group of like-minded people to formulate some ideas and direction from within SIGCAS. It's a great opportunity to get a critical mass  both for ITICSE and for SIGCAS. Sam and Alison of course will be looking for the same around the themes that they presented at SIGCSE 2008.

But please have a look this weekend as the close off is Monday, March 31!
